Crowned Heads Brings Back Belgian Blue LE for 2026
Crowned Heads has announced the return of Belgian Blue LE 2026, bringing back one of the brand’s most powerful and sought-after limited editions.
Following the 2024 and 2025 releases, this year’s Belgian Blue continues the line’s reputation for delivering serious strength while keeping the profile refined and balanced.
The cigar takes its name from the Belgian Blue cattle breed, known for its muscular build and distinctive “double-muscling.” Crowned Heads says that same idea carries over into the cigar — bold, substantial and powerful, but still polished.
“Belgian Blue was never about chasing strength for strength’s sake,” said Jon Huber, President of Crowned Heads. “The cigar was blended for flavor and intensity first, and the power was a by-product. The annual demand over the last couple of years has been relentless, and we are proud and excited to bring it back once again.”
Belgian Blue LE 2026 Blend
The Belgian Blue LE 2026 is a 5 1/4 x 54 box-pressed cigar featuring a blend of Nicaraguan and Dominican tobaccos.
Wrapper: Mexican San Andrés
Binder: Ecuadorian Habano
Filler: Nicaraguan and Dominican tobaccos
Vitola: 5 1/4 x 54 Box Press
Packaging: 12-count boxes
MSRP: $12.50 per cigar

According to Crowned Heads, approximately 75% of the blend consists of ligero tobaccos. The tobacco selection also features thicker, more textured base leaves designed to increase strength while maintaining proper combustion and overall smoking performance.
Limited Production
Production of Belgian Blue LE 2026 is limited to just 2,500 boxes worldwide, representing a total of 30,000 cigars.
The cigar is being manufactured at the TacaNicsa factory in Estelí, Nicaragua, under the supervision of Don Eradio Pichardo.
TacaNicsa also produces several other Crowned Heads lines, including Juárez, Mil Días, Mil Días Maduro and Blood Medicine.
Shipping Begins in Late October
Crowned Heads expects Belgian Blue LE 2026 to begin shipping at the end of October.
With demand for the previous releases remaining strong, this year’s edition once again gives Crowned Heads fans a limited opportunity to pick up one of the company’s most full-bodied releases.
